Construction of basement whilst supporting the house above during all phases of construction work.

  • Installation of sheet pile exterior using in-house team and equipment

  • Basement top-down slab construction using tension & bearing piles required for slab

  • Steel work off site fabrication and erection

  • Hollowrib decking slabs

  • Pynford stool installation to allow ground floor slab to be constructed beneath house

  • Bulk excavation

  • Removal of temporary support piles and tie into slab

  • Waterproofing concrete installation inside basement area

  • Drainage and services

  • Reinforced concrete wall construction

  • Demolition of exterior façade
