We appointed Knockmoy Consultancy Ltd to oversee the structural and groundworks phase of a £6.5m development on Lincoln Avenue in Wimbledon.
We found them to be very professional and diligent on their role as PM for our project. The contact ran smoothly and all issues were overcome with minimal fuss.
We would gladly use them again on a future project and plan to do so.

Tom is a conscientious, hardworking and competent professional, very experienced in the fields of Building and Civil Engineering.
Tom and I worked together for 8 years and in that time we undertook several high profile, complex, logistically challenging, multi-storey basement projects; most notably 20 The Bolton’s, 16-18 Cambridge Terrace and Westbourne Grove.
The projects we undertook required an intimate understanding of planning rules, party wall matters and processes required by councils, service providers and building control. Tom was responsible for producing all multi task programmes for our projects; including preparing logistics plans and sequence sketches. He would also prepare cranage strategies and establishing delivery routes. As part of his operations reemit Tom would prepare and get approval for all method statements, which had to be written to suit several different parties including; councils, highways, party wall surveyors, site operatives and subcontractors.
Where required, Tom would recruit and establish project teams, visiting regularly to ensure the client is satisfied with quality, safety and programme and the works are being executed to budget. He would organise and chair regular site meetings with the client, design team, subcontractors and neighbours. Tom has an approachable and friendly manor and his experience and competence instils confidence in those working around him.
