Tom Moroney.

Managing Director, NDip CEng.

Tom has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. With a Civil Engineering background Tom began his career as a Site Engineer, and then with more involvement and hard work he honed his skills as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager and Operations Director.

Tom has run projects from £250k to £75m in value.

An accredited member of ABE and ICIOB, Tom has vast experience in demolition, groundworks, temporary works, shell and core, concrete structures, and complete turnkey projects. Tom has extensive knowledge of what it takes to run projects in terms of people skills, health & safety, quality, design, planning, logistics, cost control budgets and delivery. His can-do attitude and attention to Clients requirements is what set him apart.

Ionut Sfichi.

Project Manager, B.Sc. Civil Engineering.

Ionut has experience from Initial Concept Stage of Projects taking them from structures right through fit out and completion.

He has recently worked on a Private Scheme in Wimbledon to deliver 3 no. private dwellings for a middle eastern client finished to a high specification. Prior to this he has been involved in the refurbishment of the Afghan Embassy in London and several Private Properties on The Bishops Avenue, London.

With his engineering degree, Ionut understands subterranean and superstructures in what it takes to deliver on time and on budget. With his work ethic and attention to detail meaning clients are always satisfied with the result.

Gillian Ryan.

Planning & Marketing Manager, B.Sc. Business Management.

Gillian works with the Knockmoy team in the planning aspects and marketing of projects.

With her background in Business Management, she knows what it takes to run projects. From her initial involvement with the discharging of planning conditions to coordinating the team to meet stringent deadlines she continuously monitors the works to ensure the operations stay on time and on budget.

Gillian’s experience in marketing provides the perfect platform for understanding and listening to client’s requirements and what the product should look like. Her work ethics and ability to lead makes her stand out from the crowd.

Conor O Loughlin.

Assistant Project Manager, B.Sc. Science.

Conor graduated from the University of Portsmouth, achieving a first-class honours degree in Science.

Since graduating and beginning working within the construction industry, Conor has been involved in several prestigious projects for private clients from commencement to completion.

Conor’s role within Knockmoy is to assist the project manager with the day to day running of the projects he is involved in.

His key skills are:

Capable of coordinating and motivating a group with the aim of achieving a common goal, this being evident in the successful completion of several projects.
Managing heavy workloads effectively and producing a high quality of work while maintaining participation in extra-curricular activities.
Critically evaluating processes used in published research, lending to the ability to analyse the effectiveness of procedures in other fields.
